Our mind/body approach to sleep addresses all aspects of your sleep concerns. Possible insomnia treatment plan interventions may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Nutritional Counseling, Naturopathy, Yoga Therapy, and/or Mindfulness.
